Job Requirements:
We are looking for at least O or A-level graduates (needed foundational requirement) or above who would enjoy administrative and Public Relations tasks.
Your main role as a PRO is to be the middle man between the contractor, subcontractors, and the client, covering most administrative grounds to ensure the project runs smoothly and the clients are well-informed and updated on the works.

Admin
- Receive, respond, and keep proper records of all feedback/requests.
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and politely.
- Check and submit delivery orders to the main office regularly.
- Other administrative and public relations duties may be assigned by the superior.
Communication & Planning
- Explain and communicate the scope of work that would affect their daily activities before actual work commencement as and when directed by the superior.
- Implement, manage, and maintain the project communication plan with clients.
- Follow up and deal with all complaints, feedback, and queries made.
Site-Related
- Distribute and display work notices/schedules, circulars, posters, and survey forms to the residents (door to door).
- Upkeep and maintain the project notice board to ensure project information is properly organized, updated, and neatly displayed.
- To carry/assist on-site operations needs by taking instructions from respective pm/pc/safety/ss.
- Site welfare services
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Visit sites as and when required
Personal Requirements:
Organized and Neat - the project on hand will have a lot of paperwork and admin work ahead. We want people who will be able to take responsibility for the site documentation in all aspects.
Team Player - unafraid to ask for help and willing to offer help.
* having experience in the construction field or ELUP projects is a plus.
