• Coordinate and conduct the safety induction course to all site staffs
• Submission of Quarterly EHS performance & 6-monthly review of Risk Assessment
• Ensure and to carry out duties in accordance to WSH Act & Integrated Management System
• Assist WSHO to establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programmes

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate welding activities on construction sites to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Schedule, assign, and oversee tasks for a team of welders, optimizing workflows to meet project timelines.
• Inspect and verify welding work for structural soundness and compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to welders to enhance team skills and performance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other construction supervisors to integrate welding activities smoothly within broader project plans.
• Monitor and maintain records of welding progress, team performance, and equipment usage.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of welding equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
• Identify potential welding issues on-site and implement corrective actions to ensure safe, high-quality welding work.
• Maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and promoting safe work practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in supervising welding activities on large-scale construction projects.

Job Description:

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues
• Responsible for all trades of works on-site, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc
• Ensure good quality of work and manage defect rectifications.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
• Check and supervise direct labor/workers including their attendance.
• To monitor materials on-site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
• Assist in the organizing and sequencing of work.
• Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.
• Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• To construct 3D BIM models and prepare drawings for submission to BIM Manager and consultant using the BIM software.
• Update the 3D model according to the latest information provided and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
• Generate 2D drawing, PID tagging, documentation, and As-Built BIM and detailing submission.
• Conduct BIM co-ordination with other disciplines such as clash detection, etc.
• Build-up, update, and enhance BIM objects, families, and other related templates for the Company.
• Develop virtual mock-up for modular design.
• Prepare BIM models and/or drawings for tender, including quantity take-off measurement.
• Assist the coordinators and BIM Manager on design and drafting matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in drafting for Architectural / Structural / Plumbing / Mechanical Trades is required.
• A good knowledge of Auto-cad and BIM 3D Modelling is required.
