Job responsibilities:

• Design, co-ordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives in construction sites and factory

• Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audit and incident investigations

• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Report on regular basis

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements

• Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meeting and conduct safety briefing, toolbox meeting and training.

• Conduct regular inspection of worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplace.

• Maintain mandatory records and other documentation as may be required by the regulatory authorities.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Possess a certificate in Safety Coordinator’s Course or Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction

• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

• Able to work on short notice

The Resident Engineer shall act as the Customer’s interface for the flow of information to and from and report to the Singapore office and Service Engineering Head Office in Japan. Such activities include but are not limited to:

• Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with theCustomer, ensuring that the customer’s issues and requirements are clearly understood and addressed in an effective and timely manner.• Responding to and resolving Customer and internal stakeholdertechnical requests concerning relevant operation andmaintenance matters of the GTCC Power Plant, making use ofproduct technical knowledge, mechanical know-how of systemcomponents, and analytical skills while adhering to soundengineering principles, standards, practices and procedures.• Communicating with and supporting the Customer to act onTechnical Information notices to improve or upgrade the plant.• Proactively identifying potential failures, assessing andcontrolling operational risks on the Power Train with supportfrom the 24/7 remote monitoring hub and expert support• Proactively advising and assisting the Customer in planning,coordination with MPW for the execution of relevant inspectionand maintenance activities.• Analyzing, tracking and reporting monthly Reliability, Availability,and Maintainability (RAM) data and relevant KPIs for the LTSA,for the purposes of invoicing and for monitoring performance against the contractual guarantees and obligations. If necessary, recommend corrective actions.• Reviewing and presenting the monthly monitoring diagnostic reports to the Customer.• Reviewing and presenting the inspection findings and outage reports to the Customer.

Maintenace coordination work

The Resident Engineer shall be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities provided by MPW under the LTSA, including but not limited to:• Collaborating with and supporting the technicalcommunications between the Customer, various MPWgroup resources (E.g. LTSA Program Manager, TechnicalAdvisors dispatched by MPW, Field Services, Engineering)and Local Vendors (E.g. Labour, Onsite Machining,Workshop and other Third Party Services) during eachPlanned or Unplanned Maintenance.• Supporting the achievement of MPW’s common goals withthe Customer including but not limiting to health and safety,environmental protection, customer satisfaction, unitavailability, reliability, performance and emissions• Presenting and discussing with the Customer the scope andplanning of Planned/ Unplanned Maintenance• Actively contributing to maintenance planning meetings,pre-outage and post-outage meetings between theCustomer and MPW, confirming repair status with RepairFacilities.• Supporting the Customer in the selection of spare parts tobe kept on stock, aiming to increase the timely availability ofnecessary spare parts while optimizing inventory costs.• Helping the Customer in selecting tools and equipmentrequired for maintenance of the Covered Equipment.• Coordinating and supporting the efficient dispatch of Partsand Technical Advisory Services.

Troubleshooting/ Failure Investigations

he Resident Engineer shall be responsible to lead and/or support the troubleshooting of a diverse range of problems that may occur during Plant operation, Planned or Unplanned Maintenance, with the support from the Singapore office and Service Engineering Head Office in Japan. Such activities may include but are not limited to:• Conducting fact-finding and communicating failure data betweenthe Customer and MPW• Investigating various operational problems on the Power Trainand Auxiliary systems, which involve analyzing operational,mechanical, instrumentation, control aspects, and suggestingnecessary actions to minimize operational risks.• Leading or supporting root cause analysis to determine theoriginal cause of failures that led to plant trips or unplannedmaintenance.• Investigating problems that may occur during maintenanceworks and be capable of providing solutions on urgent basis.• Summarizing findings and conclusions in clear, logical andeasily understood reports for external customers or internaldepartments.

Diploma/Degree in a relevant engineering or technical field• 8 years of proven related work experience, preferably in the Power or Process Industries.• Previous site work experience in Long Term Service Agreements, plant commissioning, field service, and/or maintenance and overhaul of GTCC power plants or industrial plants rotating equipment is preferable.• Previous customer facing experience where there is regular interaction with plant personnel to provide troubleshooting support and to resolve problems.

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

Technical knowledge in GTCC operations and maintenance.• Strong troubleshooting skills, supported by expertise in mechanical systems and components, instrumentation, controls, and plant operational aspects.• Able to develop and write clear and concise technical instructions, procedures, reports, specifications and recommendations.• Able to work in a multidisciplinary team with people from different cultures and nationalities.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.• Good Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Other requirements

• Possess own transport vehicle.• Industry standard training courses on NDT, Machinery Diagnostics, Lubrication, Automation, Quality Control, Metrology would be an added advantage.

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Provide patient education, troubleshoot and generate reports for inpatient and outpatient studies
• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of disorders under general supervision of clinical lead
• Participate in departmental quality assurance initiatives
• Assemble, check, operate and maintain equipment and instruments based on hospital and manufacturer’s established guidelines and procedures
• Monitor the functionality of diagnostic and technical equipment to maintain safety standard

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Medical Technology, Health Sciences or Biomedical Science
• Preferably with relevant experience from accredited facility
• Preferably Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT) or with Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays
