Job Description – Embryologist

The Embryologist is responsible for the care and handling of all oocytes, embryos, and sperm within the laboratory. This role involves preparing gametes for insemination or injection, transferring and freezing oocytes, embryos, and sperm, while ensuring a safe environment for both fresh and frozen specimens.

Key Skills

Proficiency in IVF procedures, including:

• Cryopreservation and thawing of embryos
• Embryo culture and monitoring
• Grading and scoring of eggs and embryos
• Identification, selection, maturation, and fertilization of eggs
• Insemination (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
• Selection of embryos for transfer
• Sperm analysis and washing

Requirements:

4. Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. This
