Scope of Works:

ICT Support

• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on HOD ICT instructions.

The Division currently manages 108 teaching laboratories. • Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in tender platforms and submission processes, ensuring tenders are accurately quoted and submitted based on company strengths and tender requirements.
• Attend tender site briefings, preparing quotations that align with project specifications and client expectations.
• Design solutions according to client expectations and ensure they are reflected in tender submissions.
• Organize and present post-tender clarification meetings, preparing responses and managing client queries.
