· Organize, connect members to and lead small groups

· Devising and sourcing resource materials for cell group use

· Able to lead Overseas Missions trip

· Liaison person between Chinese and English ministries

· Be part of church or ministry-level outreach events

· Conduct wake and funeral services when needed

· Perform admin duties that support the ministry under his care

· Handle AV equipment.

· Be part of team leadership at the ministry, staff, and church leadership level
