He / She will manage the volunteer skill-upgrading programme. He / She will also be required to support the Community Engagement department with ad-hoc and secretariat duties.

Duties and responsibilities

• Support the department’s operations in coordinating programmes and events with volunteers, community partners and relevant stakeholders.
• Plan & execute community engagement and collaboration activities
• Plan & execute volunteer-initiated events and programmes
• Support the department’s purchase requisition or any other financial requirements via our financial procurement system
• Support the department by performing other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Possess a university degree
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations
• Able to perform basic data analysis using Power BI would be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders across different levels.
• Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team with volunteers & community leaders
• Able to work on some weekday evenings and weekends (ad-hoc basis)
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of work experience in volunteer/stakeholder management and social service/eldercare sector
• Fresh university graduates are welcome

Job Responsibilities

- In-house design for company’s collateral

- Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube


- Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)
 - Photography cum videography required at job sites for completed projects, followed by photo/video editing/production for content


- To handle online marketing eg Facebook, Instagram, and company website


- Responsible to assist in marketing planning and execution

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

- Knowledge in social media marketing skills
