Responsibilities:

• You will oversee the facility management operations
• Lead the in-house maintenance team in all daily facilities maintenance matters and meet the contractual obligations
• Recommendation on M&E and building services to enhance the reliability and feasibility to clients. Close contact with contractors to assess their performance and suggest improvements where ever required
• Oversee the project and maintain its operational conditions and in compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and requirements governing the maintenance and management of the building / facility
• Ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance, and ad-hoc works are duly carried out

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience in the building & facility management industry
• Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) will be an advantage
• Experience in property & project management and A & A works
• Good communication skills and ability to lead and coach other members of the team
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio’s workspace, community and experience of the future. This role is responsible for the tenant prospecting journey, and along with the leasing managers, will facilitate the initial engagement of office and retail tenants. This role is also responsible for establishing strategic relationships with corporates and working with internal departments to deliver corporate and community engagement programs.

Responsibilities

1. Enhancing value of the portfolio and RQAM business

• Establish strategic corporate tenant relationships.
• Develop and evolve the tenant prospect journey
• Support the vision of creating the workspace, community and experience of the future.
• The ByTheBay digital platform and its functionality facilitates the workspace community and experience of the future. Communication of this functionality to the community and corporates is critical to the success of the role.

2. Workspace Solutions

• Engagement of portfolio tenants with the ByTheBay platform and it’s various categories particularly BayGreen, BayGive, BayFit and BayPlay. Build relationship with Marina Bay stakeholders to promote Marina Bay events on the ByTheBay platform.
• Working with the Customer Experience Manager to promote the portfolio, Bayspace and ByTheBay platform to new portfolio prospects. Data transparency and for tenants will further enhance their understanding of staff engagement and their utilisation of space.

3. People Development

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Develop and leverage internal cross department relationships to deliver community and corporate engagement programs

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Self-motivated, have good communication skills, meticulous, organized and able to work independently
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.
