Job Summary: As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for clients' enquires and a variety of administrative support.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and colleagues with a warm and positive experience

• Coordinate front-desk activities, redirecting phone calls and answering to enquiries

• A variety of administration tasks including handling documents, assisting other departments on ad-hoc projects,etc.

• Processing of documents over the front desk

• Support the Manager on day-to-day operational needs

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred

• Sound knowledge of front desk operations is preferred, ideally within professional services

• Proficient in MS Office(espically word) and Outlook
