The Fund Administration Executive takes responsibility for carrying on risk screenings on clients / related parties according to agreed policies and procedures. He/ she will also be responsible to provide relevant information to third parties (such as banks) for annual reviews.

The Fund Administration Executive should demonstrate understanding and awareness of client profile risks, transaction risks and escalate concerns to management, whenever necessary. He/she should keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations, company’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience:

The Fund Administration Executive will demonstrate good theoretical and practical understanding of the day to day administration and regulatory requirements of investment funds, employer solutions trusts, and pension funds. He/she should have at least 2-3 years of experience in fund administration/client services with international or mid-large local fund administrators, trust/corporate services providers, and/or employees incentive services providers.

The position holder will provide comprehensive administrative support in KK Research Centre (KKRC).

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and performs a range of diverse administrative support to the department.
• Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments, individuals and external parties on a range of specified issues.
• Prepares operational and administrative matters for the department’s new hires, including preparing name cards, access cards and putting up system requests.
• Coordinates the monthly research coordination meeting, including scheduling, booking of venue, preparing the agenda and minute writing.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience will be preferrable

3) Digital Marketing and Building Online Presence:

• Manage company’s online presence through

a) Website Optimization

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for leads generation and engaging target audience

5) Updating of Marketing Materials

• Take initiative to create & update marketing materials such as product catalogue, track record, white papers, case studies, technical proposals, presentations and company profile
• Design and create specific materials with information based on each unique event
• Work with our product factory to derive up-to-date information on product brochures and flyers
• Propose and design company profile and presentation deck based on company corporate image and theme. To review these materials every quarterly for updates
• Create, track and maintain customer database – utilize database for suggested social marketing campaigns or physical events / exhibitions

6) Market Research and Analysis:

• Lookout for competitors movement within the industry to better understand the market direction (i.e upcoming technology and new product)

7) Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:

• Good basic knowledge of services that company provide – in order to better facilitate copywriting
• To provide Pre-sale/BD, and administrative support to sales team
• Source and lookout for new verticals
• Handle potential enquiries and customer relationship building

8) Day to day administrative tasks:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
