In addition to features in the ARC app like Members’ Discovery, Walls and Rooms for thoughtful conversations, its NFT membership will provide members with access to one-of-a-kind experiences, offline locations with partner merchants or establishments owned by ARC members; a passport to discover the ARC metaverse; as well as early access to ARC’s projects and artists’ works.

About the role we seek for the ARC Community
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts & HR Executive to join our growing team in a challenging but fun startup environment.
Financial Reporting / Management
Ensure accurate records of income and expenses
Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
Responsible for full sets of financial reports
Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review
Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projection
Ensure reports are prepared in accordance to statutory requirements
Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management
Audit and Taxation
Responsible for all statutory audit and tax filing matters for respective entities including liaising with professionals
Responsible for drafting of financial statements for respective entities
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines
HR & Admin
Responsible for monthly payroll, CPF submission and annual filing of IR8A forms
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
Responsible for all immigration and work permit processes for foreign employees, if applicable
Responsible of all office admin and banking related matters
Provide any ad-hoc management support and assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management
