As part of the Strategic Clients Team, you will help your Manager in driving success with existing clients across banks and fintechs globally. This includes providing operational, coordination and strategy support in client-growth related activities, supporting/managing the client relationship, and delivering their loyalty and rewards campaign activities.

Your impact
- Support the Strategic Clients Manager in retaining and growing Ascenda’s existing global client relationships through collaborative efforts, contributing to incremental growth in revenue and engagement.
- Use SQL and internal dashboards to monitor and analyze client metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Finance and Partnerships, to develop and implement strategic account plans, financial forecast, and drive resolution of operational matters.
- Coordinate campaign mechanics, backend configuration, mockups and approvals of marketing assets provided by clients.
- Prepare dynamic client presentations to showcase the value of our services and identify opportunities for improvement through marketing activities, new verticals, and more.
- Conduct documentation updates for client information.
- Perform industry research to support the Strategic Clients Team in providing insights and recommendations for clients' growth.
- Perform other ad hoc job-related duties as assigned.
Job requirements
Requirements
- Total 5-7 years working experience with 3-4 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination, partnerships and / or account management
- Experience within the banking / fintech / loyalty industry is a big plus
- Strong ability in project management and a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and with high quality
- An exceptional written and oral communicator
- Comfortable with numbers, strong ability to monitor and analyze performance, develop insights and tell compelling stories
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with clients from different cultures and backgrounds around the world
- Proactive and possess a strong ability to navigate and work independently within a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Strong alignment with Ascenda’s core values of growth mindset, hands-on ownership, supportive collaboration, and radical simplicity
- Excellent English communication skills, and an ability to speak a second language is a bonus
