Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience (accounting / audit)

HSE

• Practice and implementation of company's QHSE policy.
• Motivate and develop HSE Culture across the Company.
• Ensure ISO14001 and ISO 45001 certification implementation and compliance.
• Assist to identify HSE objectives and targets and prepare / review management procedures and plans annually.
• Provide support, advice, and training to facilitate the implementation of QHSE management system requirements.
• Assist the implementation of safety campaigns within BGS.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk management activities within BGS operation terminals and site projects, particularly for any significant changes or major decisions, and provide advice and support.
• Identifies required training and provides induction to all new employees relating to safety and environmental matters, and relevant refresher courses.
• Review contractor HSE systems, work method statements and risk assessments produced, in line with standards, legal and client requirements.
• Lead investigation for accident/ incident, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to identify the root causes and propose corrective actions and install preventive actions.
• Assist to auditing programs and review audit findings; Verify implementation of corrective action and improvement.
• Conduct regular WSH meetings for projects, and operation and maintenance with all stakeholders.
• Attend site coordination, meetings, inspections, and other related activities as required.

About the role

Reporting to the Deputy Regional Manager - Tender, this role will prepare and deliver competitive, top quality proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFP received from Bollore Corporate Key Accounts, following the established tender management guidelines, and coordinate tender management activities amongst the different Bollore Regions in the world.

What you will be doing

• Develop competitive proposals for Corporate and strategic Key Accounts, as well as identified Local and Regional Key Accounts
• Ensure compliance with Regional and Corporate tender management processes and guidelines
• Creation/compilation of document bid templates, analyzing and reviewing pricing with commercial and product stakeholders
• Preparing and conducting sign-off sessions with Local and Regional Management
• Respond and assist on qualified RFI / RFQ requests from the Bollore network
• Ensure timely, accurate and quality responses are delivered to the requesting parties
• Support to maintain and update tender and pricing database of current transportation rates for benchmarking and baselining.
• Support monthly tender data record updates and follow up on progress of submitted tenders
• Interface with other functional groups such as Procurement, IT, Legal, QHSE, Key Account Management, Industry Verticals and Trade Lane Development, as well as customers in creating/delivering competitive and quality proposals
• Ensure post-mortem analysis to be performed by bid owners for all bids, both successful and unsuccessful tenders
• Ensure received tender feedback is shared with relevant functions and areas in the organization
• Contribute in continuous improvement of the internal tender process and tools

The successful candidate

Essential

• Degree in any Business, Engineering, or Logistics & Transportation disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Transportation / Logistics industry
• Advanced exposure and ability in Microsoft Excel.
• Functional experience in air / sea / supply chain management / information technology / customs brokerage
• Pricing and market knowledge of Asia Pacific region.
• Ability to interpret company’s strategy and transfer into proposals and bids and uncover new opportunities
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and present tender documents, requirements, pricing and other details
• High sense of collaboration and ability to articulate objectives across multiple stakeholders

Purpose:

In charge of Accounts Receivables for SG commercial entity.

Responsibilities:

1.Guarantee the Sales record integrity for FIT/TA/MICE

• To generate daily Accounts Receivables reports
• To perform daily sales reconciliation
• To match credit card approval code from sales system (NA) to credit card receipts from different receipt platforms (eg. Global Payment/ Red Dot/ Amex)
• To match daily credit card receipts to daily bank transactions
• To follow up with call center for wrong receipts applied
• To check the relevant receipt platform for more information if not available in the credit card statements
• To update AR receipt journals and to post to Oracle GL
• To perform file transfer in NA upon Call Center’s request, ie. Transfer from old file to new file
• To download and check the discount reports with current promotions
• Check fake cancellation income & Cancellation Income Invoices
• To perform NA write off for small roundings

2. Management of the receivables

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR ageing reports for call center & follow up with the collections
• Prepare manual sales invoice for MICE bookings and emerging Travel Agents
• Prepare SOA for Top TAs
• Reconciliation for Mice deposit
• Refunds to TAs & GMs
• Prepare NA/GL Reconciliation
• Prepare Bad debt report
