Job Responsibilities

With the commitment of stakeholders from the people-public-private sectors (3P), the IWC is designed to break the barriers of help-seeking, improve youth’s quality-of-life, mental health, and well-being. It will provide a one-stop space with robust wellness activities and mental health services to engage and support youths and their caregivers.

About the Role

As the appointed backbone agency, SHINE is responsible for convening, facilitating and engaging stakeholders within the Collective working on the IWC. Be part of the team working alongside the Collective’s Steering Committee to 1) guide the vision and strategic direction of the IWC and 2) coordinate the efforts of partners and stakeholders to curate enterprising and engaging activities and integrate services and initiatives for the project.

The role involves:

1. Groupwork and Facilitation

· Work with the team to plan and execute meetings with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders
