Job Description

Patient Care

1. Register patients in the CMS (clinic management system) after verifying the eligibility with government and corporate benefits.
2. Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process.
3. Assist the Doctor in minor surgical procedures
4. Perform minor procedures (e.g. ECG) and taking of patient’s vitals and to update in the CMS
5. Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient and explained to the patient meticulously.
6. Ensure that proper collection from each patient after considering Govt schemes/ Corporate benefits. Also, ensure opening balance of float cash is accurate
7. Assist patients in making follow up appointments and scheduling of visits

Clinic Care

1. Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift
2. Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room
3. Washing of medical devices and equipment’s and performing sterilization (eg. autoclave)
4. Follow up on administrative tasks, scanning and sending of documents (referrals, labs, radiology) into the patient files. Also, tracking and releasing of patient reports
5. Perform administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal etc.
6. General housekeeping of the clinic to keep the place a safe and inviting place.
7. Closing of shift, including tallying of daily takings against payment mode
8. Ensure all medical devices are in working order daily and alert the Clinical Director for maintainence.

Inventory and other Administrative tasks

1. Perform timely claims (e.g. HSG, CHAS, Medisave, TPA)
2. Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
3. Manage rosters for Clinic Executives and locum Doctors
4. Attending to inbound enquiries from patients via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, e-mails)
5. Ensure good practices are implemented for inventory management and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation
6. Support the Clinic Director with reports on operations

- Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered in Supervisory role

General

• Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values
• The counsellor is to provide counselling support and develop intervention plan for youths, from 12 to 40 years old.
• The ultimate goal is to improve the clients’ psychological and emotional wellbeing and support their counselling issues.
• The counsellor is trained to deal with a wide scope of issues and will be required to work with clients in an individual and group setting.

Job Description (Programme specific)

• To provide individual counselling for clients in need
• To provide group counselling for clients/ families
• To organize and conduct psycho-education workshops and support groups
• To coordinate and run outreach and public education activities relating to mental health
• To network with relevant stakeholders and external organizations
• To conduct analysis of community needs, develop, implement and grow counselling programmes and services to meet the needs of the community
• To plan, execute and evaluate on-going counselling Programmes and services
• To arrange provide supervision for interns, volunteers and staff in their counselling work

Requirements

• Possess a Masters in Counselling; with related qualifications or experience may also be considered
• 2-3 years of experience in individual counselling and group work preferably in mental health areas
• Able to work with youths, families and other stakeholders
• Member/ eligible for membership with The Singapore Association for Counselling
• Conversant in English, and preferably, a second language
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Pleasant and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work as a team as well as independently
• Driven by passion to serve
• Mature and pleasant disposition

Other Responsibilities

• Assist in the various Programmes of C3 as required
• Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required

Position Overview

Project Management

1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
3. Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. IT Infrastructure Management
5. Maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, including email systems, Microsoft tools, and content creation software.
6. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
7. Act as the primary IT resource for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Software and Application Development

Technical Expertise

1. Utilize programming skills for front-end and back-end development.

Must Have

• Proven experience in project management within IT or software development.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience in software development, including coding and debugging.
• Subject-matter expert.

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of security principles, testing frameworks, and tools.

This new role will be working on the CREST Youth program (MacPherson/Geylang) area, complementing our current work for CREST Youth program (Central).

Basic Emotional Support

• Manage client through client engagement, information gathering, case assessment (BPSS, risk & needs assessment and other relevant assessment tools), case conceptualization, case planning and intervention plans for best clients’ outcomes
• Provide supportive counselling to clients through Face-to-Face and/or Online means
• Conduct visits to school/centre, home or hospital
• Advocate for the protection of client’s dignity and rights

Screening

• Screen referred young persons for mental health distress
• Recognise different levels of distress and provide relevant resources and basic supportive counselling via phone and face-to-face
• Identify presenting/underlying issues so as to design a care plan to enhance/maintain and promote psychosocial functioning of clients
• Link youths or caregivers with appropriate services for continuity of care

Programming

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety plans
• Monitoring youths at risk of mental health issues
• Facilitate group activities in collaboration with the centre team
• Plan, coordinate and accompany youths for outdoor activities as well as collaborate with team on such outings
• Plan and coordinate social recreational activities and events
• Run support group for youths (online/Face to Face)
• Design, implement and conduct Group work and Interest based groups for youth
• Conduct/Facilitate talks and workshops
• Engage online community (Discord, Instagram) / Social media Campaigns and outreach
• Ensure safety and well-being of youths and caregivers at all times in and out of centre
• Inform professional staff of critical situations involving conflict, violence and other emergencies promptly
• Manage and/or assist in crisis intervention

Outreach and Co-Lab

• Be involved in outreach initiatives to raise mental health literacy in young people and the general public
• Coordinating, planning and creating social media posts for outreach
• Coordinate volunteers, co-lab partners, mentees and interns, and ensure proper documentation
• Source for and liaise directly with persons-in-charge of various agencies or groups who provide youth volunteers

Administration and Evaluation

• Perform administrative duties (complete case notes, compile basic statistics and reports, file documents, handle public enquiries through phone, email and face-to-face)
• Administer K10 evaluation to youths and caregivers, and ensure proper documentation
• Assist Head and Admin Officer in Annual Report or statistics collation when necessary

Operations (Potential satellite location)

• Coordinate and contribute to the design monthly programme calendar, youth programs posters
• Coordinate and attend to all visits to the centre

Other Duties

• To work on ad-hoc projects, community outreach programmes and events, ie World Mental Health Day, YOUth Alive!, etc.

Job Description (Programme specific)

Jointly with your team, you will study, propose and set up intervention structures, applying proven framework to reach out to youths in C3’s programmes. You will work closely with key personnel from school to take on students of different profile and needs.

The ultimate goal is to improve the youths’ social, psychological and emotional wellbeing.

The staff is required to:

• deal with a wide scope of issues and will be required to work with youths in an individual and group setting;
• provide social work support and develop intervention plans for clients in the Youth programme in schools and youth centers;
• provide specific support and work with students mostly from tier 2 from the schools to achieve identified outcomes. From schools to schools, requirements differ, and some might refer tier 1 students to our programme;
• Support the outreach at drop-in centres
• engage and mentor students in chat rooms and virtual space.

Responsibilities
