The Outlet Manager is responsible to lead F&B team, identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns & manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Oversee day to day restaurant operations.

2. Manage and maintain inventory, sales and staff as well as monitoring, evaluation sales performances.

3. Ability to keeps track of the food available in the kitchen and the food that needs to be ordered.

4. Ability to source, identify and interact with vendors to help get the best quality food for the most competitive price.

5. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.

6. Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the restaurants adhere to pertinent health and safety regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department.

Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Three to Five plus years of administrative manager experience.

Responsibilities

Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.

Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.

Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.

Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and Line Departments in the pursuit for continuous improvements in the service, products and menu items, promotions and to meet productivity and profitability KPIs set by the Management.
• Plan the weekly staff roster, rotate and schedule all staff for full coverage to maximize productivity.
• Manage the sales revenue and operating expenses of the outlet, in accordance with the budget, so as to ensure cost optimization and minimize wastage.
• Monitor the activities of competitors and constantly find ways to improve menu offering and customer experience, so as to grow the outlet’s revenue.
• To be actively involved in the advertising and marketing of the outlet, and to work closely with the JR Marketing and Banquet teams.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and to attend to customer issues promptly.
• To provide excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers. This includes but is not limited to the following: Managing, supervising and directing the prompt, efficient and friendly serving of all food and beverages, assist servers, cashiers and host staff in their job duties when necessary, acting as a liaison between kitchen and front of house employees / operations, communicating effectively, giving clear direction, support, timely feedback and recognition of performance.
• Working quickly and independently to deal with customer complaints when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up with the relevant managers.
• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures as well as policies.
• Be proactive and vigilant in service.
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and calm manner.
• Handle table reservations.
• Greet all customers by name warmly, with an appropriate greeting and direct customers to table.
• Keep updated on current menu (e.g. specialties, menu deviations, to be aware if kitchens staff are running out of items, etc.)
• To take orders: Present menu, suggest and recommend items appropriately, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food preparation details, and communicate specific customer needs to chefs.
• Maintain proper dining experience: Delivery items promptly, fulfill customer needs, clear tables, refill glasses, offer desserts and drinks, bid a fond farewell to customers, etc.
• To attend and respond to the customers’ needs promptly and professionally.
• To present bills to the customers, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to customers.
• To comply with grooming and appearance standards at all times.
• Adhere to grooming standards consistently.
• Always wear a smile.
• Review customer feedback forms / outlet logbook on operational issues to correct and implement measures for improvement in food, beverage and service standards.
• Identify relevant training required (e.g. product knowledge, up-selling, suggestive selling skills, etc.) Exercise effective staff management (i.e. staff hiring, termination, transfer, promotion) with approval from Management.
• Observe staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality and perform staff appraisals and disciplinary actions (if required).
• Manage the recruitment, training and management of staff, including conducting daily staff briefing and staff discipline.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Head Chef and the Kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of quality food.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, and that the safety and food hygiene standards are met at all times.
• In charge of cash management of daily accounts, in liaison with the Accounts Department in Head Office.
• Work closely with the respective outlet Management and Banqueting team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily check and regular inspection with management teams and term contractors to improve and maintain the common property.
• Prepare for council meetings and annual general meetings including agenda, minutes and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
• Administrative work a) including update any change of authorized signatories for proper financial operation of Clients’ current and fixed deposit accounts based on the mandate to be determined by the Clients. b) execute renewal and/or new contract, agreements & insurance. c) ensure passing or amending by-law is lodged with authority within the required frame. d) attending to submission on approval of renovation work by individual unit.
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common property.
• Assist project work including asking tender, inviting contractors, site show around and collecting quotation with proper specifications and scopes of works.
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant building certificates & licence renewal.
• Manage & supervise the management team and recommend & motivate team’s work performance.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site / estate.
• Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions.
• Lead and manage client-relationship.
• Fully responsible for day to day operation of building / condominium.
• Supervise and coordinate all maintain and administrate staff assigned to the building / condominium.
• Carry out maintenance function to the highest standard expect for the client and the subsidiary proprietor.
• Lead a team of personal providing maintenance, security, administrative and car park management.
• Ensure all contract work / routine service are carried out according as specified in their contract agreement.
• Review all contract, agreement and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.
• Co-ordinate council meeting and annual general meeting.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
• Mature and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

-Mon : off

-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline
• Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives

Training & Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide technical advice to the Project Director in architectural planning, and oversee architectural works progress on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, client’s representative, relevant authorities and main contractor on architectural matters and ensure the architectural workmanship standards.
• Document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings.
• Attend meeting with consultants and main contractors.
• Review and update architectural drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality in architectural works and following BCA/ URA/ PUB/ NEA regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works, on site experience preferred
