Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate business unit's development of strategic plans, annual operating plans and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis to management with useful insights on the business performance and trends, detailed costing and business profitability analysis as well as tracking of performance against budget.
- Collaborate with business partners to track key business drivers and business developments to provide forward-looking estimates and financial insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in financial planning and analysis.
- Manage Guest Satisfaction, Demographics, and other assigned surveys, including qualitative and quantitative data to support strategic planning.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant working experience in FP&A, Analytics, or a related role.
- Prior experience in Attractions or Tourism industry will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong planning skills to support dynamic business requirements and meet tight reporting timelines.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI or other data analytics and visualisation tools is preferred.
- Knowledge in market research tools and software is an advantage.
