1. Project Planning: Developing a detailed plan for the project, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones.
2. Coordination and Supervision: Coordinating the activities of various trades and ensuring that work is carried out according to the project plan and schedule. This includes supervising subcontractors, construction workers, and other site staff..
3. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring that it meets the specified standards and regulations. This involves regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
4. Health and Safety: Ensuring that the site complies with all health and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring that all workers follow safety guidelines.

• Desktop Support: Provide primary support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management, infrastructure, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Teams.
• On-Call Support: Serve as the point of contact for all site-based IT requirements on a 24x7 basis, including handling off-hours emergency issues as required.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users locally.
• Process Consistency: Ensure that consistent processes, procedures, and technologies are utilized across the enterprise environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Application and System Services team leads and managers to follow and execute directives.
• Knowledge Management: Document recurring issues in the Knowledge Base and maintain detailed records of case status, tasks, and work completed in the ITSM system.
• Incident Management: Follow the company’s critical incident process to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
• Staging Tasks: Perform basic staging tasks such as assembling computer components, imaging/copying hard drives, asset tagging, and repackaging equipment.
• Inventory Management: Work with Field Service/Project teams to ensure proper equipment allocation for work orders and maintain inventory controls over tools.
• Reporting: Provide reports supporting asset inventory using Excel and other tables as needed. Gather data and analyze activities that impact the value, cost, and risk of asset life cycles.
• Application Support: Provide support for business applications and ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance:
  Oversee and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations across various jurisdictions in the APAC region, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax.
• Tax Planning:
  Assist in developing and implementing effective tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position while ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Transfer Pricing:
  Support transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements, ensuring proper intercompany transactions and compliance with regional and international regulations.
• Tax Reporting:
  Prepare tax provisions, quarterly and annual tax filings, and manage tax audits in multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to identify tax risks and opportunities, offering advice on tax-efficient structures and potential savings.
• Tax Advisory:
  Provide advisory support on tax matters related to business operations, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and new market expansions in the region.
• Risk Management:
  Monitor and assess changes in tax regulations across the APAC region, ensuring the company remains compliant and mitigating any risks related to tax policies.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in tax roles, preferably in regional or multinational organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and familiarity with APAC regional tax laws.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and tax treaties.
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and tax software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-border collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Tax Professional (CTP) qualification is a plus.
• Prior experience in managing tax audits and dealing with tax authorities in multiple jurisdictions.

In this role as a Building Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenance
• Ensure the smooth operation of the centre in the areas of preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company’s policies
