Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the quantity surveyors in contract administration to ensure quality and timely delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance and adherence to project timelines.
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustments, contract disputes, and claims with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, track changes in design/construction work, manage variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.

As a Category Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for developing Category Strategy with respective internal partners and stakeholders. You will be conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, plan and execute negotiations using supplier and industry analysis, benchmark and cost management.
