Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations or facilities management, preferably in a commercial building setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
