• Position is based at Airport Cargo Road.

This role reports to the Finance Director in order to accomplish all accounting tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

· Manage full set of accounts, financial statements, monthly reports, service delivery orders and online payment

· Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including Accounts Receivables (AR) / Accounts Payables (AP)

· Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes

· Update AR and AP transactions using AutoCount Accounting

· Generate SOA for outstanding invoices

· Prepare cashflow forecast and audit schedules

· Assist in any ad-hoc assignments from Finance Department and Management

· Possess strong organisational and communication skills to work with other departments as well as with customers and vendors

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Min 4 years’ experience in accounts management or Diploma in Accountancy

LOCATION: EAST SIDE,LOYANG

• Addressing to customer enquiries by providing quotations, shipments updates and invoice bills
• Coordinating receipt and record of incoming shipments
• Arranging outgoing shipments by booking and liaisng with transport providers/carriers/vendors
• Liaisng with departments making sure operation runs smoothly
• Preparing and filing of shipping documentations
• Ensure shipments are compliance with regulations and requirements
• Develop and maintaion relationships with carriers, cusotms brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other necessary papeworks
• Work well with internal stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless logistics solutions for the customers
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• With at least 2-3 years of relevant expereince in the freight forwarding industries
• Proficient in MS Office
• Self motivated, able to work in a team and independently

Job Description

· To provide support and application for Wafer Sort & Testing Related Equipment.

· Service & Calibration of Hi Vacuum Pumps and related equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Qualifications / Requirement

· Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

· Preferably with experience in Vacuum Technology and/or Wafer Testing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Result oriented and able to work well under pressure.

· Travelling required.
