• Ability to lead a sales team.

Job Description:

• Lead regular site meetings with professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foreman subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building;
• Maintain strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site;
• Conduct regular site safety checks;
• Ensure the project runs to schedule, and find solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials;
• Report to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree holder;
• 3- 5 years of Singapore relevant experience in project/ architectural management in construction;
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills;
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff;
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin;
