Responsibilities:

Planning, Reporting & Control

· Work with the PMO manager to develop the IT Project Standards guide, seeking contributions from Project Managers, QA Team, Development Team and Service Implementation Lead to ensure that the Standards meet best practice

Responsibilities:

• Develop genAI-based solutions that involve LLM, RAG, image-related algorithms, etc
• Provide fully customized user experience, including recommender, search, or other classification and regression tasks
• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead the end-to-end data science process, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts in best practices and methodologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to continually enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, convex optimization)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Familiarity with large-scale software engineering (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a diverse audience

About the role

• Plan, execute, and oversee ETL processes, data modeling, and integration efforts. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility by implementing rigorous data governance practices.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of company data to identify trends, reveal hidden patterns, and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data needs and challenges, offering expert guidance and analytics solutions that support both departmental and organizational objectives.
• Monitor data pipelines, databases, and analytical operations to ensure their consistent performance, promptly identifying and resolving any data-related issues or performance bottlenecks.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in data engineering, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
  
  Skills and experience required

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, C++, or R) for advanced data analysis and engineering tasks.
• Knowledge of snowflake, dexter, AWS environment is ideal
• Experienced in pipelines, ETL, and transformation tools.
  • Background in a brokerage firm is an advantage.

About the Role:

• Execute digital programs under Solutioning Team under Restructured Digital Solutions
• Manage and support Ops BUs in engagement with clients on tech deployment matters
• Collaborate with Remote Operations Centre in establishing standard work flows in managing CMMS or Smart FM processes after office hours
• Collaborate with Smart FM/IoT Team to build use-cases for project deployment
• Establish and develop features and apps under Smart FM framework to meet client expectations
• Planning and developing low-code solutions to bridge Smart FM gaps
• Apply global data standards for FM service trade
• Work with Ops BUs to identify tech projects to collaborate with
• Meet all project timelines specified by Project Leaders
• Support other digital solution functions as and when required
• Any other instructions from senior management

About You:

• Diploma / Degree in Smart FM / Building / Automation or Facilities Management or equivalent.
