Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, tablets (Android/iPad), printers, desk phones etc and relevant client and local applications.
• Install hardware and other peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, memory, and disk drives for users.
• Load and update specified software packages such as operating systems, word processing, spreadsheet, office productivity or other programs into designated computers.
• Provide software support to end users for issues related to windows operating system, browser, or other settings for running office productivity tools and global and local applications.

Job Requirements:

• Strong end user computing skills (desktop hardware & operating systems, office productivity software, desktop security system management & policies)
• Knowledge in performing basic network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune MDM.
• Knowlege of ASRS will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:
