• Check daily arrivals to ensure all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations.
• Investigate no-show reservations and process charges as required.
• Attend phone calls and general enquires via email.
• Attend daily Front Office briefing and weekly Sales meetings

Requirements

· Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism and/or equivalent

· Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in Reservations

· Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Competency in other languages would be an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities

· Manage and monitor Operations’ KPIs, including P&L planning.

· Manage one logistics program / account and lead the programs to achieve company and program’s objectives.

· Oversees, directs, plans and supervises the entire function and all related functionalities.
