Job Description:
Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is properly entered into the system on a timely manner.
Assist to check on room availability.
Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations.
Prepare invoices and sending confirmation details to customers.
Help to maximise room sales by up-selling.
Manage group reservation and rooming list.
Other ad hoc duties/projects assigned by the Manager
Job requirements:
Attained minimum NITEC or higher qualification.
Preferably have working experiences in the hospitality or travel industry.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of using Opera Cloud PMS will be an added advantage.
