• Own stop shipment and inventory reconciliation processes to meet all requirements.
• Assist Manager to manage headcount and overtime to meet operational and financial KPI.
• Drive cost saving and productivity initiatives to meet Company’s and customer’s objectives.
• Work with Quality Executive to identify process gaps, develop and execute improvement actions to resolve Quality issues.
• Work with Quality Executives to close off any NCRs/ CAPAs/ Customer complaints/ audit actions/ non-conformance within the stated timeline.
• Work on all system testing/upgrade with all internal and/or external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years of related experience
• Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
• Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g.PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
• Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
