The Operations Executive actively supports the daily cleaning operations and deploying of manpower movement and ensuring high standard of cleaning services management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assists Operations Manager in various project sites and coordination of manpower deployment.
• Provide training to new hires in relation to the expected standards of work, cleanliness, hygiene and safety (including machine handling)
• Conduct regular inspection to uphold the high level of cleanliness and work standards and to meet the clients’ expectations.
• Monitor staff’s attendance to ensure all overtime are being compiled correctly and meeting the payroll’s requirements.
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory.
• Key liaison personnel with the customers on service level and performance standards.
• Implement, review and revise of existing and new processes and/or productivity improvement methods.
• Any other duties as directed

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of related working experiences in cleaning operations management or similar position.
• Responsible with positive working and learning attitude.
• Team player and possess good supervisory and interpersonal skill.

• At least bilingual in communication and must be comfortable in handling Mandarin-speaking clientele.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.

• Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers, and provide commentary on the differences between actual results and budget/forecast.
• Oversee and prepare the annual budgeting process, and analyze economic indicators and market trends to create forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units to develop key strategies and recommendations that drive growth and profitability.
• Offer market and business insights and support financial modeling for business proposals and decision-making.
• Assist in implementing governance and internal control initiatives, including enhancing current internal controls and improving Finance department processes and systems.
• Evaluate CAPEX and project profitability, ensuring that cost efficiency and value creation are prioritized.
• Provide guidance on intercompany charges and transfer pricing policies.
• Prepare and generate monthly and quarterly forecast reports for internal management and Group reporting.
• Contribute to the FP&A team’s efforts in building business partnerships and managing enterprise risk.
• Coordinate the review of legal documents with business units and the Group Legal department.
• Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Develop, test, and review functional requirements, and refine financial operating systems as needed
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 years experience in FP&A/financial analysis.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Familiarity in Power BI or other data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
• Good in management reporting is preferred

Job responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee daily store operation checklist, roster and ensure full compliance
• Handling store cleaning schedule planning, managing change of request
• Monitor accessories stock inventory, ensuring sufficient supplies and products are available (replenishment)
• Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained (to liaise with project manager on the ad-hoc request)
• Meeting minutes compilation (preparation source of information for sharing during store manager meeting)

Data Entry

• Data extraction from Power BI (with basic knowledge of Power BI) - Updating sales data with simple formulas required
• Key stakeholder to maintain NPS tracker (Net Promoter Score) with constantly follow up with the retail store colleagues
• Sales extracting on the daily basis
• Creating/ maintaining google documents (including google sheet, google slides as per required from the team on the daily basis)

Office/ Back Office Management

• Full management of Office & Store Supplies including replenishment of dry stores and necessities
• Replenishment of staffs uniform
• Handle printer configuration
• Support recall/ reassignment of IT devices for stores including asset transfer

Who are we looking for

Minimum Qualifications :

• Polytechnic diploma or equivalent in business administration, management, office management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good multitasking abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of Power BI
