Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep track of AP invoices and send out AR invoices.
• Track things on the balance sheet and follow up to resolve any unresolved issues.
• Assist with the GL entries and month-end accounting closure.
• Assist in the monthly intercompany balance reconciliation.

Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform month end close process, including the reconciliation and/or review of bank statements, fixed asset schedules, and other GL account reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the accounting operations within various client organizations, including clients' accounting software systems.
• Perform Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable process to ensure proper coding and timely entry.
• Perform monthly payroll process, including tax clearance for foreign employees (Form IR21) and yearly tax return (Form IR8A)
• Preparation of quarterly GST return filing and computation
• Preparation of withholding tax return (Form IR37)
• Preparation of audit schedules, confirmation letters, etc for yearly statutory audit.
• Perform other client responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities:

1. Cultivation and stewardship events which includes tours, dinners, cocktails and private gallery previews.
2. Prospect research and prepare research reports for Donor Prospect and Donor Cultivations.
3. Assist the team to organise and execute major donor stewardship events.
