Job Duties
Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices.
Carry out WSH compliance inspections.
Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments.
Update data/reports and other necessary information to the system at the required intervals
Conduct document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) reports.
Coordinate, implement and develop WSH programme initiatives.
Develop and deliver safety briefings to both external in internal audiences.
Identify any WSH non-compliance, or unsafe work conditions and practices, identify WSH performance gaps and recommend stop work when necessary.
Evaluate the impact of health hazards to employees' safety and provide timely feedback to the team.
Implement initiatives/programmes and communicate them to the team and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor the implementation progress of recommended improvements.
Conduct an independent inspection/review and Propose corrective and preventive measures to address the root cause of the incident.
Attend meetings (internal, external and site meetings)
Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation.
Job Requirements

Valid WSHO license (>3 years)
