Job Scope:

• Prepare documentation for export/import transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee the export/import process and associated tasks, managing all related activities efficiently
• Communicate with agents, shippers, and consignees to arrange shipment logistics effectively
• Manage document handling and coordination to facilitate seamless shipment processes and prompt cargo collection
• Verify contractor invoices for cost accuracy and invoice customers for payment promptl
• Handle Customs Permit Declarations, ensuring adherence to regulations and guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Customs Export Cargo Declaration and familiarity with IncoTerms
• Track vessel arrivals and coordinate with hauliers to ensure timely cargo collection
• Maintain communication with forwarders and overseas agents regarding incoming and outgoing shipments
• Address any ad-hoc duties or related tasks as assigned, ensuring prompt and effective completion

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and handle potential claims from customers and partners
• Work closely with the insurance team to manage and process claim files
• Respond to customer and third-party claim notifications

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and implement appropriate procedures and controls for operational processes according to HDB rules and regulations

3. Admin Support

JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior Executive (Events and Manpower Coordination)

Ensure the smooth and successful execution of events, campaigns, and activations including end to end management to achieve set milestones for all projects

Primary Tasks including but not limited to these items below

• Recruit, coordinate, train and deploy contract for service staff for events
• Follow up on the event concepts and proposals for implementatioin
• Source for suitable suppliers for various projects
• Key liaison between client, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.
• Coordinate and oversee the event on site
• Plan and propose workflows for every event
• Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location to ensure a smooth operation throughout each event
• Preparation of Internal Reports, Clients reports and other administrative tasks
• Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment materials and any other items.
