Consumer Propositions provides high-value propositions for Chubb’s partners and their end-customers through insurance.
We help connect Chubb’s partners to their customers through insurance with propositions that are strategic, data-led, are customer-centric and delivers value that changes their lives.
Supporting both prospective partners and continued growth with existing partners our team provides opportunities for partners to leverage insurance as a revenue driver, acquisition tool and/or engagement vehicle to drive continuous value to their business.
Job responsibilities
We are looking for a high-performing, strategic-thinking leader to join the team to support our APAC B2B2C partnership opportunities in APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compelling partner presentations and participating in business development phases to successfully closing a partnership. This will be done through storytelling with data and working with designers to use visual assets to bring our proposition to life.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will need to be constantly improving propositions that is presented to partners, with the objective of convincing them to partner with Chubb to grow their business & serve their customers’ insurance needs:
· Create & maintain propositions with strong storytelling that constructed off data & design
· Crafting strategies for partners that meet their business goals and customer needs
· Be able to analyse data collectors from partners to identify the right consumer propositions for their customer base
· Be partner-facing when required to speak with passion and enthusiasm for the partnership opportunity
· Work closely with cross-functional team owners to represent team through all stages of the partnership development cycle – such teams would be business development, digital delivery, account management, growth & analytics
· Effectively verbalise and visualize your ideas and recommendations on slide decks
· Accountable for ensuring deliverables are met at a high-quality and timely manner
· Manage the supply of self-serve propositions for cross-functional and local teams, increasing scale and value delivered to the organisation
· Lead team members by coaching them and providing opportunities on projects and grow their technical and communication skills
· Build and sustain a high performance culture by cultivating and amplifying individual and team strengths
· Participation in innovation projects that propel the organization forward
Experience & skills (Who you are)
· 8-10 years of work experience in the financial services industry
· Self-starter in nature, able to hack your way to solutions
· Have an analytical mindset where you help decision-making with the aid of data
· Taking initiative to constantly challenge and evolve the baseline to a higher standard with a growth mindset
· Experience in crafting presentations with a strong narrative, visual aids and clear propositions tied together with storytelling principles
· Experience in presenting externally to partners
· Experience working with data analysts, reading dashboards/numbers and articulating results with strong data-backed logic
· Leading through influence and example
· Great communicator and presenter, where you’re able to translate ambiguity and present actionable steps to team and key stakeholders
· Experience in applying design principles in consumer products and services across UX research, customer journey, design thinking
· Passionate about new technologies, innovation, design
