At the Youth Leadership Development (Uni-Y) department, we focus on developing and empowering youths to be servant leaders who will impact both our local and international communities through our service clubs, University-YMCA (Uni-Y). As an Executive, you will play a pivotal role in:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate work plan formulation for Uni-Y service clubs.

• Lead & mentor Uni-Y ExCo members, as well as strengthen the Christian development aspect of the clubs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or diploma holder in any discipline, with 3 years of working experience preferably with youths or in the social service sector.
• Applicant must be a high-energy individual who possesses a passion for youth development; having past mentoring experiences will be an advantage.
• Applicant preferably have past experience managing a club or formal group that is made up of youth (15-25 years old), or managing youth-related programmes; good understanding of membership/ volunteer/ club management will be an advantage.
