RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Management

• Oversee the general office operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Liaise with Facilities on all office-related activities
• Oversee Corporate Amex card issuance for new hire and reconciliation
• Accounting - Managing the approval and tracking of all invoices related to Office expenditure
• Ordering of Business Card and ensure timely delivery
• Meeting coordination for non-investment staff
• Assist in event planning in local office
• Office growth and relocation support
• Ad Hoc support to manage executive’s schedules, calendars, and travel, if needed
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
• Partner with Investment Coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Vendor Management

• Liaise with vendors and help with vendor selection as needed
• Assist with organization and tracking accounts payable invoices
• Manage relationship with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are
• invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers
• Managing lunch platforms

Facility Management

• Ordering pantry and office supplies
• Subscription Management

Others

• Manage the front desk day-to-day, meeting room schedules and office
• Ad hoc Projects

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Job Description

• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for project.
• Lead and/or assist in the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
• Coordinate and collaborate on project wide BIM related matters with client and interfacing contractors and ensure design process and submissions comply with specifications and requirements
• Regular update and report on all BIM related activities’ progress and status to the SO.
• Verify and rectify all BIM related challenges and issues in the project.
• Oversee and manage all BIM Software to be used in the project, and to rectify issues relating to BIM Software.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Have about 5 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of CAD and 3D models.
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies.
• Have BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
• Shall be expert in the BIM Authoring Tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks well and has good presentation/communication skills.
