WSHE Manager
Job Description:
- To lead and mentor a team of EHS personnel to ensure the company’s EHS strategy is implemented effectively and within budget.
- Has good knowledge to develop / review, and implement and maintain Safety Management Systems, to document WSH records and matters.
- Be responsible to drive programs and campaigns to manage risks and promote safety culture for all projects through regular campaigns, posters.
- To provide advice and guidance in the aspect of EHS to projects.
- To plan, coordinate and conduct safety audits, EHS inspection and training.
- To achieve and manage all EHS KPIs and standards, ensure compliance with all authorities, including MOM’s EHS statutory regulations, legal and other requirements.
- To monitor and evaluate the company’s overall EHS performance to identify potential risks and minimize incident occurrence.
- Any other duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore;
- Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH Act and Environment);
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant job role and industry;
- Good leadership, interpersonal and coordination skills;
- Salary package commensurate with experience.
