• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Alternate Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3500 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily forklift activities including movement, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Lead a team of forklift operators, providing necessary training and support for safe and efficient operations.
• Implement and monitor strict safety protocols and perform regular safety checks.
• Coordinate forklift schedules to match goods inflow and outflow.
• Manage maintenance and repairs of forklifts to ensure functionality and safety.
• Support inventory control to ensure accurate storage and logging of goods.
• Maintain handling and storage standards to prevent damage and comply with regulations.
• Generate reports on forklift operations, identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

You will be part of the team that Singapore’s infrastructure finance capabilities and ecosystem. The team’s key priorities include implementing Financing Asia’s Transition Partnership (FAST-P), a Singapore-led blended finance initiative in collaboration with key global public, private and philanthropic partners to support Asia’s green and transition financing needs.

You will support the team to :

• Achieve the team’s infrastructure finance and blended finance objectives and work goals
• Assist the team to work with third party funds administration company, corporate secretary and internal departments to set up the servicing agreement, scope of work and internal workflows
• Assist the team to conduct surveys with the banks and asset managers
• Assist the team with market landscape research on specific entities, broader blended and transition finance development and infrastructure funds (where required)
• Perform administration tasks e.g. arranging meetings, follow-up on pending matters, support cross-department / government events
• Able to commit for 6 or 12-months

Job Requirements :

• Willing to consider no/limited working experience (though prior working experience and qualifications in Finance and/or Accounting could be useful)
• Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Careful and meticulous worker

Ensure & inspect rope access systems and components before use. Inspect and verifies all rope access technician’s installation, reposition and dismantling of rope access works according to their established safe working procedures and in accordance to P.E design / Ministry of Manpower regulation.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Displays a healthy respect for heights and follows all site specific and Team safety procedures.
• Understands work permits and participate in job hazard analyses.
• Participates in required training, rope access certification sessions and maintains a working understanding of rope access safe working practices.
• Works in accordance with rope access policies and Rope Access Code of Practice.
• Inspects and verifies rope access systems and components before use.
• Recognizes worksite hazards and notifies the team of any unsafe conditions.
• Maintains proficiency at rescue techniques and assist in rescues as directed and in accordance with certification level.

(B) General :

• Any other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

• Maintains a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations.
• Eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place and alert others regarding potential hazards or concern.
• Works in accordance with rope access policies and rope access code of practice.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Rope access Level 1, 2 & 3 IRATA certification.
• WAH certification.
• Must have a capacity for work at height.
• With high-rise external painting or minor external facade repair works knowledge.
• Preferably with Singapore class 3 driving license.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments.
• Positive, good working attitude and good team player.

(C) Experience :

• Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience in rope access industry or in related field.
