Responsibilities:

· Compile and review documentation to ensure compliance with business approvals and procedures before leasing deals are funded.

· Collaborate with legal counsel, credit teams, finance, and marketing personnel to align documentation with policy standards.

· Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of leasing documentation.

· Work on various forms of lease agreements, software license agreements, and other customer finance documentation.

· Manage monthly reporting functions and provide support during audits.

· Oversee operational and administrative processes such as customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and end-of-lease management.

Skills and Experience:

· Education: Finance Diploma from a polytechnic institution.

· Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the banking or leasing industry, with a strong focus on operational and documentation processes.

· Knowledge of leasing business practices is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Familiarity with lease documentation and finance-related agreements.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, unstructured environment.

· Customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.

· Clear and articulate oral and written communication abilities.

· A team player who can achieve results within specified timeframes.
