The Client Services Lead's (CSL) key mandate is to drive sales through a close partnership and co-creation with key clients and to ensure that what is sold is delivered with high quality and on time on budget. Here we see the CSL has 3 key mandates: 1. partner and co-create with clients through a consulting approach 2. drive sales, and 3. ensure quality delivery.

Core to this is the ability of the CSL to engage the clients C-suite to help them solve biz problems, ideate their digitalisation roadmap and help clients seize biz opportunities through the use of technology. All these requires the CSL to have strong consulting abilities.

The role of Client Service Lead (CSL) acts as a leading role in designated key client accounts to build trusted business relationship. As a consultant to the client, this role requires the individual to have expertise and unique knowledge in the client’s business and operating industry, in order to create differentiated and tailored value prepositions for the key client accounts. This will be in Digital Organisation Design, Digital Strategic and Master Planning, Business Case Development, etc. His/Her work will require close client engagement and interaction and he/she will need to have the right mix of strong domain and industrial knowledge, so that he/she understands the complex business needs of key clients and is able to analyse their needs. Through this, the CSL performs his/her role as a consultant to help the key client achieve its business growth while concurrently acting as a business operator for NCS to grow the client account in a profitable manner. This role is integral to sustaining and growing NCS’ core business.

He/She will lead a client account team which comprises of a Delivery Lead and a Sales Lead. For this, the CSL will be supported by a consulting team and other key staff who are experts in their respective digital, products and platforms fields.

Job Description:

1) 6 months rotational program across various functions under operations including hire purchase operations, floor financing operations, referral operations and collections

2) In charge of executing daily operational activities include administering all loan matters, block discounting submission and redemption, off-site surveying dealers and debt collection duties which include reminding borrowers about the repayment dates

3) Responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts through phone calls or email, and other appropriate actions

4) Negotiate payment plans with debtors, advise them on the payment options and methods

5) Ensure acceptable number of calls per day and follow SLA when doing debt collection

6) Apply negotiation skills to ensure successful collection of debts

7) Update the collection system immediately on all collection activities undertaken for cases assigned

8) Generate payment reminders and final notice warnings to debtors when payments are not being made

9) Answers all enquiries and matters from hirers and dealers in a timely manner, and interact with Relationship Managers when required in following up on outstanding matters/documents from them

10) Ensure compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards

11) Ensure proper filings, safe keeping of loan related documents and arrange archival

12) Process and input data entry for loan applications

Job Requirement:

1. Academic qualification: Diploma & equivalent

2. 1 or 2 years of working in handling credit documents, loan administration, KYC / AML, and collection

Job Description
