I) Job Purpose:

The Fish Cutter is responsible for cutting, filleting, and processing fish in preparation for sale or distribution. Inventory Management:

• GCE ‘N’ Level academic qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in fish cutting, meat processing, or a similar role is preferred.
