JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be customer centric with internal and external guests via all communication channels.
• Agility to handle services and requests effectively & efficiently.
• Up-to-date with park information of events/activities to provide accurate information in a timely
• manner.
• Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs (parties, memberships, promotions)
• All other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
• Addressing to guest enquiries and provide follow ups to ensure that requests have been met satisfactorily via calls or emails.
• Providing relevant information to guests regarding promotions, birthday parties/camps.
• Assisting in any issues such as ticket reschedules or refunds/cancellation of tickets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec or higher.
• Customer centric attitude and work well under pressure.
• Compose in handling complaints.
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable with applications and technology.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Rotational shifts including public holidays and weekends.
• High collaboration and adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment.
