• Ensure that visual merchandising guidelines align with brand identity, product offerings, and target customers, maintaining uniformity across stores.
• Develop engaging displays that improve the customer shopping experience and boost sales.
• Establish and implement visual merchandising standards for existing stores, new openings, and special projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, retail operations, and merchandising to ensure cohesive visual merchandising efforts.
• Stay informed on industry trends to implement contemporary visual merchandising and styling methods.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Design/Creative Multimedia/Media or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency in design tools.
