7. Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during shifts, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
8. Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and attract new customers.

Duties

• Prepare daily cash and bank balances report
• Assist in preparation of monthly closing schedules and reports
• Prepare interco schedules to affect AR and AP balances
• Issue debit note and credit note to customer and inter-company
• Filing invoices and sends original copy to customer by mail and email
• Collection of debts from customers

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
• Experience in manufacturing environment advantegeous
• Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
• A good team-player
