About the Role

• To insure Safety Health, Environment practice are carried out at all times.
• Coordinates and supervise the construction process and activities on site from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
• Monitor project time cost, quality, scope, resource and risk management
• To submit progress claim, monthly report, oversee scheduling and other managerial aspect of project.

What you'll do

As a Development Manager for Artificial Intelligence team, you will lead teams to build AI assets (services, components, content). You will create compelling product visions and lead teams to execute on this vision. As a leader you will represent the work of your teams towards internal and external stakeholders. You will work together with the development leads, data scientists, product owners, product managers and development operations colleagues in your team and other teams to create value for our customers from the first idea to a successful market entry, adoption and beyond.

• Product Delivery - Define product plans and execute against a committed delivery timeline; Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team
• Product Ownership - Ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, designing, leading implementation, and testing of new features, ensure adoption by stakeholders within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Product Support - Manage customer expectations via product support ensuring high standards in incident processing, quality of interactions and fixes that are delivered
• Development Expertise - Provide functional, architectural and data science guidance to the team
• Technical Hands-On - Maintain a hands-on approach to deliver highly available and scalable AI Assets
• People Management - Management of people including active engagement, staffing, talent management, career aspirations, mentoring and enhancing skills of team members to maintain a best-in-class Artificial Intelligence development team

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software product development, ideally with the focus on Artificial Intelligence
• Have a proven track record of building a culture of design excellence that develop high-impact products
• Experience implementing well-run, agile processes in multiple functions: Development, QA, Release
• Ability to communicate vision and strategy effectively to the team, partners, and clients
• Experience managing dependencies on other teams within a larger organization
• Technical knowledge required to command the respect of high-octane engineering team

Essential Functions
