• Participate in departmental quality assurance initiatives
• Assemble, check, operate and maintain equipment and instruments based on hospital and manufacturer’s established guidelines and procedures
• Monitor the functionality of diagnostic and technical equipment to maintain safety standard

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Medical Technology, Health Sciences or Biomedical Science
• Preferably with relevant experience from accredited facility
• Preferably Certified Polysomnographic Technologist (CPSGT) or with Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays

We are seeking a Senior/Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the Manager in delivering best practice management to fundraising campaigns and related matters. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing regulations of the fundraising and development work, reviewing fundraising collaterals, gift agreements, appeal letters and preparation of management reports, budgets and forecasts
• Assisting in the establishment and adherence of internal guidelines, managing the protocols on fundraising based on statutory requirements and best practices
• Harmonising fundraising, risk policies and processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate and charity governance and regulatory requirements on all fundraising matters
• Liaising with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Experience in charitable governance and fundraising function would be an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong ability to prioritise across multiple projects
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality
• A collaborative team player who is responsible, independent and resourceful in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on approach with high initiative in following through and resolving issues

Arctic Fitness is experiencing an increase in members and we’re looking for an organized, energetic and wellness-minded multitasker with an ability to deliver top-notch customer experience. We need someone who can juggle schedules, support our pilates instructors and personal trainers, look after our center, and assist our physiotherapist clients with the utmost care. What You’ll Do:

• Handle our reception operations greeting all members and ensuring complete and accurate data entry and session recording • Coordinate and manage schedules for freelance instructors and personal trainers, ensuring smooth and consistent class offerings

• Work with the General Manager, Instructors and Personal Trainers to create engaging, authentic and educational content for social media and support in sharing user generated content daily

• Attend to membership and customer service enquiries, assisting potential and current members with information, selling memberships and resolving any complaints with professionalism and care

• Oversee scheduling and pre-post client care for our physio services, providing a warm and supportive experience for our patients

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and basic center upkeep to ensure our center is running smoothly and safely - from tracking attendance to handling client inquiries to basic maintenance procedures

• Foster an inviting and energetic atmosphere where both members and staff feel at home and motivated to reach their wellness goals

What You Bring:

• Strong organizational skills, with a talent for scheduling and coordinating across multiple teams, services and platforms

• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness—especially in yoga or pilates

• A detail-oriented and friendly approach, with an innate ability to provide exceptional customer service

• First aid, CPR/AED and any fitness certifications an advantage but not essential

• Willing and able to work a rotating shift with non conventional hours

• Flexibility and adaptability, with a positive attitude that fits our community-first culture
