• Responsibilities:
• As Murex Datamart Reporting Consultant, you will be part of application development and maintenance projects, Mx upgrade, and greenfield implementation projects.
  Be a part of the Treasury production and environment team
  As part of the Treasury team, you will be involved in planning, design, and solutions around Murex Datamart
  Communicate with customer Team Leads and ensure work is carried out as desired

• Mandatory Skills Description:
• ➢ Experience in Murex 3.1 as a DataMart Consultant with 10+ years of experience
  ➢ Good understanding and working experience of designing and implementing Datamart:
  ➢ Experience in Murex Development/Migration of DataMart reporting MX 2.11, MX3 Murex DataMart reports
  ➢ Good understanding of the data model differences between Mx 2.11 and Mx 3.1
  ➢ Experience in Simulation-based Reports and Risk Matrix-based reports, complex reports would be required
  ➢ Good exposure dynamic tables, pre and post filters, feeders, batch of feeders, extractions, reporting tables, and processing scripts
  ➢ SQL based reports and extractions
  ➢ Optimization of feeders and reports would be an advantage

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement frameworks and tools that enhance risk management and support decision-making processes.
• Conduct in-depth risk analysis and research, taking the lead on projects and managing teams to achieve timely and effective outcomes.
• Engage with asset management, investment, treasury, and finance teams to analyze risk impacts and provide financial insights for the organization.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for investments and assets across the Group's portfolio, utilizing various metrics and models, including Value at Risk (VaR) and stress-testing techniques.
• Deliver independent risk assessments for potential acquisitions and divestments.
• Review methodologies and establish benchmark hurdle rates to evaluate investment performance.
• Develop financial models and prepare quarterly risk reports and presentations for the risk committees and Board of Directors.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and special assignments as directed by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analytical or investment-related roles, ideally with expertise in quantitative risk management (credit, market, or liquidity) within financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative areas, with familiarity in statistical/risk methodologies and financial models such as scenario analysis, stress testing, VaR, and Capital Asset Pricing Models.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Review

• Supervise and execute daily financial transactions, payments, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure accuracy in monthly reconciliations of bank and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement cutting-edge tools and technologies.

• Identify and execute process improvements for operational and business efficiency.

Financial Reporting

Treasury and Banking

Policy, Internal Controls & Compliance

• Establish and enforce a robust SOX-based internal controls framework.

• Monitor trends in accounting regulations and drive compliance readiness.

• Act as the key liaison for internal audit reviews and policy adjustments.

Statutory Accounts and Audit

• Own and optimize bookkeeping processes for all country entities.

• Coordinate annual financial audits and ensure prompt resolution of findings.

• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.

Taxation

• Oversee all tax-related matters, ensuring on-time statutory filings.

• Proactively manage group-wide tax compliance and reporting in Singapore.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner with the Country Manager to develop and refine budgets and forecasts.

• Provide in-depth financial analyses to guide strategic decisions (e.g., RFQs, pricing, CapEx).

• Evaluate and challenge business plans, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

Monthly Business Review

• Analyze monthly financial results with a focus on profitability and cost control.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with management to prepare KPI reports and variance analyses.

Finance Information Systems

• Oversee the integration and reconciliation of data between SAP, Hyperion, and Zoho Analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the Condominium.

Duties of the above includes, inter alia, the following tasks:

• To support and assist on general administration of all building trade, site staff relating to rostering of duties, discipline, control of performance standards and staff welfare.
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade etc.
• Creating and maintaining good rapport with residents/ council members and responding to feedback through various platform such as messenger, email and/ or other digital platform.
• To review the overall operation of the management office and recommend for improvement from time to time.
• Attending to all emergency situations.
• Constantly check the entire development to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access.
• Submit recommendations where appropriate, on residents’ renovation permits.
• Preparation, conducting of Sub-Committee Meeting and preparation of minutes. To assist in Council Meeting and General Meeting and provide 1st draft of minutes.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Skills & Experience required:

• Degree/ Diploma in a property related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in residential Property Management .
• Strong attention to detail, and a responsive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and to lead a team.
• Able to commit to 5.5 days.
