Job responsibilities:

• Handle partial accounts (AP/AR)
• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Process payments related to supplier invoices and cheque payments
• Ensure all account codes and cost centers are in order
• Review AR aging report and investigate outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end closing
• Arrange monthly statements and reminders for customers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, LCCI in Accounting, Diploma, or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Navision is an advantage
• Meticulous and accurate, able to work with minimal supervision
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
