· Conceptualize, strategize, and oversee employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns and events aimed at enhancing the visibility of public agencies in the Information and Communications Technology & Smart Systems (ICT&SS) sector. These initiatives are designed to generate interest in career opportunities within the organization.
· Collaborate closely with the digital communications team and creative agencies to develop and implement social media content strategies across various platforms such as our corporate website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Glassdoor. The goal is to engage with target audience and promote the company as an employer of choice.
· Plan, curate, and create digital content that raises awareness, fosters engagement, and enhances Company employer brand presence. The content is crafted to showcase the organization's culture, values, and Employee Value Proposition.
· Identify compelling stories and craft an employer brand narrative that highlights Company unique attributes. This narrative serves to attract top talent and reinforce the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
· Prepare reports for HR/Talent-related awards submissions to elevate Company profile and recognition within the industry.
· Conduct competitor analysis and generate regular reports on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance these initiatives and drive positive outcomes.
· Support Company employee advocacy program and collaborate on talent-related initiatives with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
Job Requirements:
· Demonstrated expertise in employer/talent branding, corporate branding, digital marketing, PR & communications, and/or recruitment marketing with 3-5 years of experience.
· Proven success in implementing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies that have a strong digital presence.
· Proficiency in marketing and branding analytics to assess the impact of campaigns on digital platforms.
· Creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership.
· Comfortable navigating complexity and adapting to change.
· Familiarity with the tech industry or public sector is preferred, but not required.
· We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in branding and marketing, particularly in the digital space. The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing successful campaigns and possess the ability to measure their effectiveness. A proactive and creative mindset, coupled with a willingness to take ownership of projects, is essential. Additionally, the ability to adapt to change and navigate complexity with confidence is crucial. While experience in the tech industry or public sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
· Experienced in design/video editing tools such as adobe photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro or equivalent software
Salary : $4,000.00 – S$7,500.00
