Key Requirements

Job Description

· Able to create a recipe list for the cocktails.

· Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails

· Able to execute the creative process for the theme of the bar’s concept menu, as well able to suggest drinks to fit the menu.

· Assist with invoice and inventory management

· In charge of ensuring that all SOPs, standards, par levels, ordering, stock and costs are met and fulfilled as per standards

· Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.

· Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards.

· Interact with customers and maintain good relationships with customers.

· Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties.

· Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the preparation process.

· Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed

Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a general or hotel bar.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day finance activities including AP, AR, cashflow, fixed assets registering & other finance related matters
• Prepare monthly report schedule including accruals & prepayments
• Perform month end & year end accounts closing, produce accurate Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss and submission to IRAS
• Perform tax computations
• Able to handle internal and external audit
• Carry out collection of payment from customers, liaising with salesman to resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Update and maintain daily bank record on payment transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence
• Monitor office expenses and ensure cost-effective operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in account & HR role equivalent
• Proficiency in MS office Applications and HR systems
• Knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act is a plus
• Has initiative and able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills in both written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities:

• Create investor presentation, media releases, public announcements, corporate website and other marketing materials;
• Prepare investor relations, media and corporate marketing plans for the year;
• Lead corporate marketing and prospecting of existing and new investors (institutions, HNW/PB network, family office, investor associations, securities firms), partners, research analysts and other stakeholders of the REIT;
• Coordinate meetings, roadshows and property tours and preparation of relevant materials;
