Shipping Executive

Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + AWS & variable Bonus

Working Days: Mon - Friday 9am -6pm

Address: Working Location - Tai Seng

Responsibilities:

• Handled end to end shipping procedure including bank co-ordination, L/C checking and complete documentation & coordination with bank etc.
• Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division
• Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
• Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
• Confirmation of shipping documents, cross-check Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
• Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.
• Update of shipping data to the in-house system
• Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.
• Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma holder
• Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling all shipping documentation thru Letter of Credit.
• Proficient in MS office
• Short Notice Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver meaningful and engaging activities for children in English/Chinese Language
• Deliver lesson plans to help children learn and develop their potential
• Carry out routine care for children
• Set up inviting and enriching classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, including parents and community partners, to help children learn better
• Provide periodic updates to parents on the children’s learning and development
• Plan and organise activities and events, such as field trips and concerts, to help children learn

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT)
• Passionate to work with young children aged 2 months to 6 years old
• Able to work rotating shifts (7am to 7pm)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,600

This role will be working with youths and their families in a residential setting.
List of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Individualised case management, including conducting case conceptualisation, setting goals and interventions plans, conducting monthly individual and family sessions, and review of progress towards goals.
• Work closely with the Probation Officers (POs) and Child protection officers (CPOs) for co-case management, and also other stakeholders including families, school and employers. Develop partnership with stakeholders, including existing and prospective employers, schools and CSO agencies, pro-social communities for reintegration efforts, and community partners.
• Conduct therapeutic group work for clients (may include evening timings 7-9pm)
• Prepare for, attend, and present cases at Internal and External Case Reviews to update on intervention progress.
• Casework documentation and reports according to licensing requirements
• Work together with Hostel Operations & Development Department, and provide essential information for Operation (Administration) to schedule for daily movement
• Support in other ad-hoc duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent with 5 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
• Having a Masters in Counselling and/or specialized certification in a therapy is advantageous
• Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social/case workers
• Possess good knowledge and experiences with social work interventions, social policies and community engagement
• Experienced in leading team, to monitor and oversee staff competency and training.
