Working location: Woodlands
Job Description:
*Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management accounts (including balance sheet and schedules).
*Handle General Ledger, month-end, and year-end closing
*Ensure all receipts are updated in the accounting system on a timely basis, update the cash book, and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
*Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system
*Maintain and update the Fixed Assets register
*Prepare quarterly GST reporting and corporate tax filing
*Perform monthly intercompany billings and reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
*Liaise with professionals, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and auditors
*Knowledge of payroll processing
*Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
•Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
•At least 5 years of relevant experience
•Proficiency in Excel, preferably knowledge of accounting software
•Must know how to do payroll
Remuneration:
-Basic salary: $2800 to $4000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
-Working Hours: Mon – Fri 830am to 6pm
-5 Days work week
